If you thought that a new beer-bottle design wasn't a big deal, you'd be wrong. The bottle that's used to present a brand of beer is key. It's no accident that the swing-top bottle has become a Grolsch icon.
The new 0.3-litre bottle resembles the swing-top in many ways. But it also has new features, such as the 'cool meter'. It's clear that the designers have thought of everything. But how to put this across?
Our solution for the launch campaign was to go back to the bottle's character. With that, we could highlight its features and link to the '400 years of character' campaign, and we were also able to showcase the skill and craftsmanship of the Grolsch brand.
