We used this insight to develop an interactive online masterclass for a whole range of meats, from meatballs to chicken fillets. A great culinary workshop served up in just a few minutes.
We didn't just make films, of course. Our top-chef also tested viewers' knowledge by asking questions during his masterclass. Should you season meat in the pan? How long should you cook a medium-rare steak? If you got every question right, you'd win a pair of meat tongs.
This concept could easily be extended to TV, the shop floor, online and the Huishoudbeurs (a popular Dutch lifestyle fair).Thanks to this, Croma has become one of the fastest-growing Unilever brands. And four years on, the Croma mini-masterclass is still going strong.
